Apple Pie or Apple Cobbler?


Still struggling with the Pie Crust! I started out making a Apple Pie. However, I had a little problem with my crust again..The taste is delicious, it’s made with butter and it is nice and flaky like I like it. But, It’s sticking to the roller. I added more flour, the next go around I added more water. I can’t figure out what I am doing wrong. So, instead of a Apple Pie, I now have a Cobbler…
